а можно брать меха с паспортным тоннажом ниже заявленного? если да это действительно для обоих игроков, даже для того кто говорил этот самый заявленный тоннаж? и еще если на карте заканчивается время то это считается как ничья или надо переигрывать?

К тому же Серг стоит ли из Турнира делать вторую атту? я вот например на своей вполне наигрался и теперь просто хочу подуэлиться без каких то сверх жестких ограничений как на атте. я ЗА правила из атты на турнире, но не за столь жесткое их применение на Турнире, надо быть гибче. К тому же кадеты поймут как сложно удерживать допустимую дистанцию, как из правил атты.

Тогда убери у меня одно очко так как у меня с Саном получился тоже клоз на ракетном бою. Кого именно? тот кто весь бой старался увеличить дистанцию? И в правилах турнира напиши что будет вычитаться очко если бои будут проводиться не по правилам атты.

во первых надо не очки вычитать, а надо было остановить бой и начать заново учитывая что ты там был. во вторых Бушвакер старался увеличить дистанцию в течении около 5-10 минут, почему у него отняли очки?

Once a major administrative center, electronics producer, and site of orbital shipyards for the Star League, Dieron survived Amaris' coup intact, only to be ravaged by returning SLDF troops in the war to liberate the Hegemony. The Castles Brian in the planet's numerous mountain ranges were obliterated by naval bombardments during the effort, but their memory remained strong in the minds of many Dieronese, who clung to that memory of their world's former glory. Their cities, cramped in the valleys formed by the steep, crisscrossing mountain ranges, often became hotbeds for resistance against the Combine's rule after House Kurita seized the planet following the fall of the League. The Combine leadership often used rumors of a Star League cache found in the mountains to keep the locals distracted, sending many of the population into the treacherous highlands, braving the elements and chronic earthquakes, in the hope of uncovering a relic of their past. The eastern reaches of the Scales of the Dragonet mountain range is the site of a secure fallback point for the Dieron militia. Dieron is a cramped world because of its many large mountain ranges. What space is available exists in countless small valleys, and earthquakes are a frequent problem. With so little to recommend the planet, it is amazing that over five billion people live here. The planetary capital city, Tahlwynn, is located on Mataeo, in the Loretta-Argus mountain basin, and also serves as the planet's primary spaceport. Other cities include Aldinga and Newbury, both located in the Yomichi Valley. Iznakki supports a military-grade spaceport. The Peace Park in Newbury commemorates the end of fighting between the Dieron Federation and the Terran Hegemony, and Dieron's entrance into the Hegemony. Dieron is a major port of transit for traders entering the Draconis Combine from the Free Worlds League. The warlord of the Dieron Military District commands from Dragon's Roost, a fortress high in the Tatsuyama mountains, protected by batteries of Star League-era weaponry. Tatsuyama City lies in the valley at the base of the mountains, and helicopters are used to transport supplies and personnel to and from the fortress. The city supports a small DropPort. From the top of Dragon's Roost, the buildings of Newbury are just visible on the horizon. A picturesque town, Newbury is centered around a Peace Park of trees, manicured lawns and cultured gardens, where elderly gentlemen come each morning to play chess. Dieron hosts a yearly "naked blade" tournament. This blood sport is exclusively for professionals, and participation is by invitation only.

A warm planet, Outreach registers an average temperature of a mean 10 degrees Fahrenheit higher than Terra. Farmers first settled Outreach in 2142, attracted by its mild winters and wide temperate zones. The Argosyan Sea, covering two-thirds of the planet's surface, surrounds Romulus and Remus, the twin continents that account for 90 percent of the planet's land mass. Except for the narrow equatorial belt and the polar regions, the climate of Outreach is comfortably warm. Most of Outreach's commerce and business takes place in Romulus, affectionately known by its inhabitants as "the World", in and around the capital city of Harlech. Remus, the larger of the two continents, has a harsh landscape. The arid Winddancer plains are fringed by the Montayana mountain ranges, where the native flowering acacia grows.. The planet's temperate climate, proximity to Terra, and wide-open spaces convinced General Joseph Cameron of the Star League to begin holding the final competitions of the Martial Olympiads on Outreach in 2704. Originally conceived as a viable method of keeping the Star League defense forces in fighting shape during peacetime, the Martial Olympiads pitted the finest fighting forces in the Inner Sphere against each other in staged battles designed to test soldiers' mettle without risking lives. Every four years, the SLDF's best and brightest convened on Outreach for the finals in more than 100 events. The Olympiads made Harlech a boom town. Entrepreneurs built the finest hotels the Inner Sphere had to offer, started up the finest restaurants, and opened profitable branches of family businesses established on Terra hundreds of years before. Outreach became a focus for media attention and a favorite retreat for MechWarriors and fans. Any item, any service, any pleasure could be had for the asking on Outreach. Unfortunately, the boom lasted less than a century. In 2767, General Kerensky canceled the games so that the SLDF could send its full strength against the usurper Stefan Amaris. The long, hard-fought campaign to liberate Terra from the destroyer of the Star League left neither the time nor the need for games of war. The collapse of the Star League and the disappearance of the SLDF from the Inner Sphere left the splintered remnants of the League up for grabs. The Capellan Confederation seized Outreach in 2786. The city of Harlech and its outlying districts cover most of the inhabitable areas of Romulus. Harlech nestles between the Ridge, the mountain range that bisects the continent of Romulus, and Lake Kearny, the largest body of fresh water on the planet. Because few major storm systems cross the mountains, Harlech enjoys enough rain to keep it green, but not enough to make it unpleasant. The average temperature in Harlech is 84 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius), making the waterfront a popular destination to beat the heat. Following the end of the Martial Olympiads, the collapse of the Star League, and the subsequent exodus of the Star League Army, Harlech fell on hard times. Mostly ignored by the powerful House Lords, the city and its people kept to themselves for several centuries. Self-sufficient agriculturally, Outreach survived and even prospered, though on a much more modest scale than during the world's glory days. The city of Harlech, however, could no longer support the hotels and services for which it had become famous. The once-glorious stadiums and Olympiad facilities gradually fell into disrepair, and the abandoned Star League equipment and facilities were either cannibalized by the local population or simply decayed from disuse. Within a generation, the jewel of the Inner Sphere had lost its gleam. Lying on the western edge of Lake Kearny, Harlech expanded to the north and south along the shoreline, and now stretches as far west as the Ridge. The Garrett River, fed by the mountain springs and flowing eastward to the lake, splits Harlech in two. In the early days of Harlech's expansion, canny developers bought up the most desirable lakefront property. Currently, the neighborhoods of choice climb the eastern section of the Ridge. Harlech is divided into eight districts: The Business Zone, Inland North, Lakefront North, Lakefront South, the North Sticks, the South Sticks, and the Agro district. The Agro district, which supports most of Outreach's crops, comprises the rest of the region known as the World. Each section has its own local color, and travelers will find a warm welcome anywhere. The Business Zone is a ghost town. The abandoned warehouses of the River North area house nothing but rodents and transients. The few remaining major businesses have relocated to the South Sticks mall, where land and rents come cheap, and the River South area has declined almost beyond redemption. The area is dotted with scruffy watering holes such as Phil's, Joel's, The Den, The Goat's Tavern and the Pilot's Club. Outside the boundaries of Harlech in the Agro district, Outreach's farmers grow the planet's crops. Vast farmlands stretch thousands of kilometers north to encircle Lake Kearny.

Tukayyid is a relatively mild and somewhat arid agricultural world. Most of its land masses are grassy plains controlled by agrocombines. Its rich fields are intricately patterned with varying crops and dense orchards of fruit trees. The mountainsides are covered by wild berries. The average ground temperature is a pleasant 38 degrees Celsius. Rich fields, gentle breezes and grain-scented air make this world ideal for farming. Several minority religions have set up monastic communities in the mountains and in one domed city under the Crucible Sea, though Christianity remains the dominant religion in the corporate regions, with Christmas continuing to be a widely celebrated holiday. The population is small and the government is decentralized. Each agrocorp runs its holdings like a fiefdom except where the theocracies have carved out domains. The weather is superior most of the time. Major cities on Tukayyid include Spanac, Luk, Joje, Tost, Losije, Hladno Springs, Humptulips, Brzo, Valnya and Skupo. Primary mountain ranges are the Pozoristu, Cokoladu, Tamo and Dinju. The Przeno Plain, Kozice Valley, and Ridgik Desert are other points of geographic interest. Geothermal activity, in the form of erupting geyser fields, bottomless pits of boiling mud, steaming sinkholes, hissing geysers and fiery mud makes the Devil's Bath region extremely hazardous. The Racice River Delta is a kilometers-long stretch of swamp and bog, where dense trees fill the marshes. Deep pools and patches of bog sand can suck in unwary travelers. The Prenzo Plain is covered with strange, thorny grasses, and drops off abruptly near the Ryan's Crossing bridge over the Prenzo River.

я за авиру антивирус только не персонал, а премиум она платная, но на месяц можно скачать тестовый ключик, а скачивать его можно сколь угодно раз так что считай тоже бесплатный продукт хоть и платный.)) авира эвристик хороший, но уже зараженные файлы плохо лечит просто обычно удаляет весь файл, в этом отношении касперский лучше, но жрет больше ресурсов. кстати да установи себе какой нить юникс и живи спокойно. PS люди кто нить мерки под вайном ставил? работают? а то руки все не доходят проверить.
